Adult Evaluations – Dayspring Behavioral Health

Adult Psychological & Neuropsychological Evaluations

We provide comprehensive adult psychological and neuropsychological evaluations to clarify diagnosis, explain complex symptoms, and guide effective treatment.
Evaluations are available in person at our Issaquah, Washington office or via secure telehealth, depending on clinical needs.
Our goal is simple: clear answers and a practical path forward.

What We Evaluate

Adult evaluations may assess one or more of the following:
  • ADHD & Executive Functioning
Focus, organization, time management, follow-through, and productivity challenges
  • Autism Spectrum Differences (ASD)
Social communication, sensory processing, masking, burnout, and identity clarity
  • Mood & Anxiety Concerns
Anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, stress, burnout, and trauma-related symptoms
  • Cognitive & Memory Concerns
Attention, memory, processing speed, and problem-solving difficulties
Our evaluations help differentiate overlapping conditions (e.g., ADHD vs. anxiety, autism vs. mood concerns) so treatment is targeted—not guesswork.

Who Should Consider an Evaluation?

An adult evaluation may be helpful if you:
  • Have long-standing or unexplained attention, memory, or organization difficulties
  • Suspect ADHD or autism but were never evaluated
  • Feel chronically overwhelmed, burned out, or misunderstood
  • Have tried therapy or medication without clear improvement
  • Want clarity to guide treatment, work accommodations, or next steps
  • Are navigating career, academic, or life transitions and want answers

What You’ll Receive

Each evaluation is tailored to your concerns and typically includes:
  • A comprehensive clinical interview
  • Review of developmental, educational, occupational, and medical history
  • Standardized psychological measures
  • Cognitive testing when clinically indicated
  • A detailed written report
  • A feedback session focused on understanding results and next steps
You’ll leave with diagnostic clarity, insight into how your brain works, and clear recommendations for treatment and support.

$3,000, based on time and complexity
  • Materials Fee:
    $100 non-refundable materials fee
